Size Guide

At Life & Soles we stock infant, toddler and children's shoe sizes up to around age 7 (youth size 3). All sizes on the site are in Canadian/US/Australian. Whether you're shopping for your own child or you're awesome at gift giving, here's our size guide and age estimate to help you shop with confidence.

If you're unsure which size to buy we recommend going for a size larger than you think you may need. Kid's shoes should be fitted to allow about 1/2" of room from their longest toe to provide room for growth.
