Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your item as much as we do. If you would like to return or exchange an item please email returns@lifeandnsoles.com with your order number and a description of the item you would like to return. Items must be unworn, in the condition you received them, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Items returned within 14 days of receipt will be refunded. 

** Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged **

We do not refund shipping costs on items that are returned. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you.
